Every appointment, from the first sales call to the installation was timely, the lead installer even showed up a few minutes early. The sales person (Dan) was knowledgeable and very helpful, but there seemed to be a small communication breakdown between the sales person and the people given the task of ordering, delivering and installing the purchased items. That being said, the office staff (Paula and Bonnie and the installers) went to the extreme to make sure that we were taken care of as we had expected and the installers were grace filled in making sure that everything was installed to our liking. The demolition was carried out very cleanly and there was very minimal damage to items (wall, woodwork and flooring) that was to remain in place - I was very pleased. Steve, the lead installer, was the one that performed the demolition and the lion's share of the installation with two subcontractors (a plumber and an electrician with helper) assisted. With any construction job there is a "punch list" of things that need to be corrected, nothing serious has cropped up at this point and I don't foresee anything. At this point, I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.
