Steve came to install our new walk-in-tub/shower. He was very polite, thorough, cleaned up everything afterwards and he demonstrated all the bells and whistles. Sales experience
Bill came to our house to help us select a tub to tub conversion in our guest bathroom. We asked him not to give us a same-day price, because I always feel pressured and I always say no if I can’t get the same price tomorrow as I can today. He respected my wishes. We ultimately signed paperwork today for our bathroom remodel. It was a simple, professional, respectful, easy process. The price he gave us beat all of the competitors as well.

We have been putting off getting the tub to shower revision due to the fact it would be more than we could afford. Bill Gourley came today and ask what we wanted and presented us with the price. He did not try to sell us more than we ask for but also was sure we knew what we would be getting. To my surprise, the price was not as high as we expected it to be. We signed a contract and now await to have a new and better accessible bathroom. Give them a chance. You won't be disappointed!

We signed the contract and now await installation day. We were not high pressured, and he made sure all my questions were answered. He did not try to sell us more than we asked for. Everything was perfect from the minute he walked in the door until he walked out.
