Ryan arrived this morning at about 7:45 and started immediately on the shower conversion. He was done around 5:30. We are very satisfied with the install and think he did a good job on everything. Ryan and Rickey came out to my parents house today to take a a tub and put in a walk-in show for my mom who is about to have knee replacement surgery. They did an excellent job, they arrived at 10am a was pulling out of the drive way a 5pm. They were very informative and told me the proper way to clean the shower and the end result was absolutely amazing I feel in love with the shower. Now I need them to come out and replace my shower so it will look as beautiful as my moms shower. I will definitely recommend Luxury Bath Texoma to all of my friends and family my mother is 100% satisfied.

We went into the Wichita Falls store on 9/20/23 Paula greeted us in a friendly manner, showed us some shower models, answered our questions and then promptly got us set up for an in home consultation with Bill. From the time we first called, this was a great experience. Our sales person laid out the options and pricing and we ordered our new shower. Within two weeks, the product was in and scheduled for installation. I didn’t believe they could take out a tub, tile, plumbing and fixtures and build a beautiful new shower in less than 8 hours, but they did. Ryan is a pro who knows exactly what he is doing and does it with attention to detail. He left my bathroom spotlessly clean also! If you are thinking about upgrading your bathroom, Please call this company. You won’t regret it! The staff is courteous, no pressure on the sale and perfect installation. Thank you Ryan!!!!!
Understands VA Requirements!!!
We had met with a competitor who also knew the VA has a set limit on project funds, but the quote was for twice the money!!! We had Bill out to see what we needed…he knew the budget, MET the budget and we signed the contract. Such a pleasure to meet with a LOW pressure salesman. I’ll leave an after-project review to let everyone know how it turns out. Based on all the other reviews…I am positive it will be another 5-STAR posting. Thanks, Bill!!!
