Rip Off

Horrible. My mother-in-laws bathroom is probably 6 ft by 7ft very small. The put a new countertop and sink, walk in shower and flooring and it was $10,000. Since they did not have the toilet she wanted the installer told her to order one from Lowes and when it came in he would come back and install it. She did that and paid for it out of her pocket. When she called to get the installer to come back over and put it in they told her that he had quit or fired so they did not have anyone to come over and do it. She called back a second time and they told her they would have to hire a plumber to come and install it and she would be responsible for paying the plumber in addition to the $10,000 she was already paying! She said her son could install it and they told her to go ahead and let him do it. We requested something in writing allowing us to still have the warranty in place if he did it since it plainly states the warranty won't be valid if one of luxury baths contractors are not the ones that installs it. They told us there would not be a warranty since it was not one of their toilets. I understand them not giving us warranty on the toilet but it should have still been good for the work they did. They are going to have her make payments of 128 per month for 115 months. When I called to see what the payoff would be if we paid it off it was the same thing as the amount of the bill.
