I am please with the job that was done everyone did their job efficiently and were very polite they put all their time to good use and had the job done in less than a day. Except for the price I would recommend luxury bath and the grew that did the work

Gus was great. He initially had to leave at four so he could go to his son’s ball game that I was worried that due to the weather he wouldn’t make it back so he stayed and finish the job in one day.

Customer service low on their list of priorities

I decided to put in a shower for my husband who has dementia and aphasia. Salesman good , obviously because I chose to go go ahead with installation. Installer great . Bathroom not cheap at $17000 but for my husband’s safety considered money well spent . HOWEVER not being a bathroom planner which is what I had paid for , my husband had difficulty accessing the shower because he had to squeeze between the toilet and the shower door to get in and coming out had to get past the seat and not knock his head on cupboard installed above the toilet . So I requested the shower door be moved to the other end and another grab bar because of this . When installer came out he said that it was not possible to do that and that grab bar had not come in yet . So ok it’s now several weeks on and I received a text asking for s review from Paula. I sent s text back saying I would write one when I got the grab bar installed. She called me back saying she needed a check for $187 . So I told her that it sounded as if it had never been ordered in the first place . Which she would not outright admit to . I feel she also got an attitude when I said that was expensive and I had expected to pay something but not that much . She said it included cost of travel too to install . My reply to that was if the bathroom design had been done correctly then I wouldn’t have needed it . For 17000 you expect good functionality especially for my 85 year old husband and good customer service . Does the b

I'm very pleased with my new tub and shower unit. The installer was courteous and got the job done quickly. Overall good experience.

Fast & good.

Pricey but remember the pyramid - Cheap, fast, good. You can only pick 2. The work was fast & good. Brandon worked his backside off for 12 hours no break & got our two showers done in a day. The man is a machine. Communication from the company was great start to finish and it gives me the warm tinglies to have a warranty. Like anything, time will tell but I feel a lot better about this than I would have hiring Joe with a truck to hangout in my house for who knows how long.
