Excellent customer service and communication to start. Steven did a fabulous job; polite, careful, informative and professional. Even with an unforseen problem, he went the extra mile and worked through it even though it caused extra work and time. I am extremely grateful to owners of Luxury Bath in offering a tub-to-shower conversion at the VA rate. Very, very, very happy with roomy, gorgeous, new shower that's handicap accessible. Thank you to the entire crew!
