From the very beginning, Luxury Bath employees were very professional and honest about the work. Our installer, Stephen was on time, worked very hard and was very professional. When he finished one part he immediately started a new part of the job. Would highly recommend Luxury bath.

Kind of disappointed in the materials
The installers were very professional and efficient. I don't care much for the new toilet and would have chosen a different one and the toilet seat is ill fitting. I am kind of disappointed in the material of the tub. It seems to be thin plastic and vulnerable to wear and tear.

Not impressed with service after the sale.
Good service and experience until the sale and install was completed, then not very helpful or responsive. Salesman was good, office personnel after the installation was not interested in our concerns.

My husband needed a handicap type shower now and LB delivered just what we needed even in pandemic times we live in. Supplies were delayed but the actual remodel was superbly done and in timely fashion. The workers were clean, efficient and quiet. I highly recommend this company!

We are well pleased with everything
Fast, polite, bad install for a lot of money.
On time for install, hard worker and fast but didn’t finish install correctly and had to be called back. No show and no calll. Had to re schedule. On time and corrected problems. Plumbers while cutting pipe cut through living room wall which had to be patched and we had to repaint. Shower is nice and easy to clean but water splashes under door on to the floor. We are having to get a guard to put on the bottom of the door to stop the splash under. Very disappointed for what we paid!
Great Installer
Brandon over saw our installation. He was very approachable and stayed at the job until it was complete. He took care of a couple of issues we had very quickly. We were very pleased with his service.
