Mixed feelings
We were deeply disappointed that two major items we requested, we did not get even though they were thoroughly discussed. Make sure your contract is exactly what is discussed. Our Installer was great and we are very happy with his work.

Kind of disappointed in the materials
The installers were very professional and efficient. I don't care much for the new toilet and would have chosen a different one and the toilet seat is ill fitting. I am kind of disappointed in the material of the tub. It seems to be thin plastic and vulnerable to wear and tear.
