Kenny was very nice and very professional. That being said we were told it would only 3 to 4 days to complete the job and it took 2 weeks. In Kennys defense it was a really big job and i don't believe anyone could have done it in 4 days. I love my new bathrooms. Kenny did a wonderful job. Thank you.
overall pretty good
they did not finish putting floor trim around bottom of vanity. also did not tighten drain under vanity.
Too much
Product is OK, but not “luxury.” We hope it works out. Floor in bathroom is no longer level with hallway. We are fearful it will be a tripping hazard for our elderly mother.
